Who is responsible for repairs?

As your Managing Agents, it’s our job to keep the communal areas of your development in prestige condition as well as acting promptly to the issues you report to us. 

We’re responsible for (subject to terms of lease):

- The structure of your property

- Communal areas

- Cleaning of the communal area's

- Any fixtures, which includes light bulbs, wiring etc within the communal area's

- Gardens if there is any

- Cleaning the communal area's

- Communal car parks

- Boarders surrounding your development

- Window cleaning for communal windows
